2021-08-06
Many consumers are curious about what pre-preparation should be done to pave the PVC floor. In fact, the ground condition is the most important. Since the thickness of the commonly used indoor PVC sports floor is generally no more than 5mm, there is no self-supporting ability, so the floor foundation is very demanding. The quality of the ground affects and determines the efficacy and appearance of the PVC floor.
Floor requirements:
1. Humidity: According to the opinion of the glue manufacturer, the moisture content of the foundation (weight percentage) should be less than 3%. In case of weather or external moisture, the air should be circulated and the surface moisture should be wiped in time. The air humidity of the construction site should be kept at 20%-75%.
2. Surface hardness: Use a sharp chisel to quickly cross cut the surface, and there should be no bursts at the intersection.
3. Surface flatness: check with a 2 meter ruler, the gap should not be greater than 2mm.
4. Surface compactness: The surface should not be too rough or have many pores, and the surface should be hardened for lightly sanded ground.
5. Fissures: there must be no cracks with a width greater than 1.5mm. There must be no hollow drums on the surface.
6. Surface cleanliness: oil stains, wax, paint, paint and other residual substances must be removed.
7. Temperature: The temperature of the laying site should be 15 degrees, not less than 10 degrees. In addition, the horizontal datum should be maintained, and the settlement joints of the building should be properly sealed.
